Fyansford Paper Mills

A culturally significant site to the Wadawurrung people is integral to the event as a means to facilitate discussion and further understanding about issues facing Indigenous peoples today. The Fyansford Paper Mills is the ideal location for our event. Situated on the Barwon River above Buckley’s Falls, the incredible story of William Buckley is a tremendous example of a person crossing cultures and embracing a foreign world view.

The Fyansford Paper Mills is continuing to develop as a significant art precinct and location for local producers and event spaces. With such creativity and eclectic offerings, this site is set to be a cultural hub of Geelong’s future.
