Food Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in 2 Worlds Festival.

We aim to showcase an amazing festival in 2020 and we need the right food vendors to make the experience enjoyable for everyone attending.

It will be a true celebration of culture and walking in 2 worlds. There will be multiple stages of live music, cultural displays and performances, local and national musicians and a whole lot more.

We would like a range of food options available to festival goers so if you can offer something tasty with a difference then we’d love to hear from you once we open our applications.

Food Vendor Information and Requirements:

  • Site fee – TBC

We will be choosing vendors with a preference to those who:

  • Have a sustainable approach with delivery of their products (please read below)
  • Have their own set up including marquee/van, power and lighting.
  • Maintain reasonable pricing of their products
  • Event management will require evidence of trading and food permits and liability insurance.


2WF would like to be more environmentally friendly.

We are committed to reducing our Festival’s environmental impact and we’d love for our stallholders to be part of the solution, so we will definitely be looking favourably at applications that meet the following criteria:

  • All your food and beverage containers (including cutlery, straws, ice cream cups, etc.) need to be completely compostable. Compostable means that a product is capable of disintegrating into natural elements, leaving no toxicity in the soil.
  • We endeavour to be a plastic water free festival. We ask that there be no plastic water bottles available for sale by our stallholders. Please respect the fact that we promote a BYO water bottle policy and provide water refill stations around the Festival site.
  • Please do not provide your customers with plastic bags for your products.
  • Please dispose of any organic waste generated by food preparation as compost
