Yoga has been a part of my life for over 8 years. It has had an amazing impact in my life, inspiring me to spread my knowledge to beautiful, young minds.

    My love for yoga and children has brought me on this beautiful journey. I fell in love with inspiring and working with children at a young age and never looked back. Feeling that bringing mindfulness into a child’s life is the most amazing, rewarding thing I can do. I am extremely passionate about health and well-being, devoting my time as much as possible to educating and introducing mindfulness.

    In my classes, I love to combine a beautiful, unique, creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration. I strive to help young children others by incorporating yoga to nurture their mind, body and soul. Hoping that each child feels balanced, nourished and refreshed at the end of each session.
